A new purchase with a new date is unavoidable. Rebookings are not possible!
Cancellation of the incorrect booking will be made at a later date. Please contact us at info@JOsalzburg.com with your contact details, transaction number and reason for cancelation. We will get back to you!
The ticket can be scanned directly from your cell phone at the entrance to the gorge. You can of course also print out the ticket.
Use the ticket directly at the turnstile (Fastlane on the left past the ticket office).
The online ticket can be used approximately 5 minutes after purchase.
Before that, the barcode reader at the turnstile may not yet recognize the code.
In the online ticket store we cannot grant you free tickets (from 15 people) for group bookings, please buy tickets for your group directly on site.
Yes, even if the tickets in the online store are fully booked, you can get remaining tickets directly on site at the ticket office.
Please note, however, that there may be waiting times due to the large number of visitors. A visit before or after these peak times is recommended.
