FAQ KLAMMWOLKE

Are tickets refundable or cancellable?
No, purchased tickets cannot be refunded or cancelled.

Is my regular day ticket valid for Klammwolke?
No. Only valid Klammwolke event tickets are accepted for this special event.

Can I use the SalzburgerLand Card for admission?
No, the SalzburgerLand Card is not valid for the Klammwolke event.

Are dogs allowed?
No, dogs are not permitted at the event.

Is the event suitable for small children?
The event is not recommended for small children.

What happens in case of extreme weather conditions?
In the event of extreme weather conditions such as thunderstorms or flooding, the event may be postponed or cancelled. In this case, purchased and unused tickets will be refunded.

Can I use my online ticket directly at the entrance?
Yes. With your online ticket, you can use the fast lane and proceed directly to the entrance.

Will tickets be available at the evening box office?
A limited number of remaining tickets may be available on site. We strongly recommend purchasing tickets in advance online.

May I buy severeral tickes in one transaction?

Yes you can easily buy the ticket for your children, family or friends in one single transaction.

We will store your information and connect your various tickets into one single useraccount. Your ticket and associated family and friends can easily be administered.

Receipt and confirmation?

You will receive a e-mail receipt to the address you used in your purchase

Do I have to choose a specific date?

The ticket you purchased is valid for the day and period you purchased.

Booking error - Wrong date purchased?

If you have made a mistake in your booking (e.g. wrong date), a new purchase is necessary!

A new purchase with a new date is unavoidable. Rebookings are not possible!

Cancellation of the incorrect booking will be made at a later date. Please contact us at info@JOsalzburg.com with your contact details, transaction number and reason for cancelation. We will get back to you!

Online Ticket

The ticket can be scanned directly from your cell phone at the entrance to the gorge. You can of course also print out the ticket.

Use the ticket directly at the turnstile (Fastlane on the left past the ticket office).

When is an online ticket valid?

The online ticket can be used approximately 5 minutes after purchase.

Before that, the barcode reader at the turnstile may not yet recognize the code.

Can I purchase tickets for my group online?

In the online ticket store we cannot grant you free tickets (from 15 people) for group bookings, please buy tickets for your group directly on site.

Are there any remaining tickets at the box office?

Yes, even if the tickets in the online store are fully booked, you can get remaining tickets directly on site at the ticket office.

Please note, however, that there may be waiting times due to the large number of visitors. A visit before or after these peak times is recommended.
